Wood-Fired Pizza

Our pizza bases begin their lives as organic wheat in the fields around Shipton Mill. This wheat is then milled to the finest grade possible. At our kitchens, we use our finely tuned and never shared recipe to produce our unique dough with each ball being hand rolled.   After a low and slow prove, your pizza is then freshly made on site and cooked within 90 seconds in our wood-fired ovens.

• Black garlic and mushroom ve
• Oxfordshire hoisin chicken with spring onion
• British chorizo with sweet & spicy peppers
• Honey roast British ham with chestnut mushrooms
• Provençale olives and sweet & spicy peppers ve
• Sweet Piquanté pepper with basil oil ve
• Fig, goats cheese and basil v (ve)
• Goats cheese, caramelised red onion chutney, and spinach v
