Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
Final numbers must be given 7 days before the masterclass / workshop / class / course. Extra numbers will be charged on a pro rata basis.
Due to food ordering, preparation schedules and securing staffing for events we are not able to accept any amendments to your order and arrangements within 7 days of your event date.
The event will be payable in full by purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite.co.uk or on receipt of invoice. Payments can be made via BACS. Late payment will incur a 10% increase.
Failure to pay full outstanding balances by 7 days ahead of the event will result in the arrangement being cancelled and the loss of any payments made by you to date.
The Wild Oven Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the attendee or their attendees. No liability can be taken by The Wild Oven Ltd, for injury or damage to the property of the attendee or their attendees caused by goods and equipment on site, unless the attendee is able to provide irrefutable evidence that the injury or damage was a direct result of negligence on the behalf of The Wild Oven Ltd.
Loss, breakage or damage, not attributable to The Wild Oven, to equipment owned by The Wild Oven, will be charged at current purchase cost price. In addition to the obligation to pay the replacement cost for any loss or damage you are liable to a genuine pre-estimate loss of profit that would have applied should the equipment have remained in full working order until it was replaced or fixed.
The liability of The Wild Oven for any claims made by the attendee will not exceed the contract charge and does not extend to any consequential or financial loss caused by late or non-delivery, unsuitability, breakdown or lawful repossession.
With regard to allergens The Wild Oven Ltd, will endeavour to provide for, where required specialist dietary requirements and due care is taken to avoid cross contamination of allergens. However, The Wild Oven Ltd, cannot guarantee that all traces will have been eliminated. Furthermore, The Wild Oven Ltd, cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions suffered by those whose allergies were not highlighted in writing by 7 days prior to the workshop.
You must comply with and use your reasonable endeavours to ensure that your attendees comply with all of our instructions intended to ensure the safety of property and/or people at the venue.
You are responsible for the conduct of your attendees at the Event and agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from the conduct of any of your attendees at the Event.
Please be aware that no other drink is allowed on site where the license is in effect.
Anyone under 18 will not be served alcohol.
We reserve the right to stop any activity which we reasonably believe is likely to cause damage to the interior or exterior of the Venue or to risk the safety of people at the Venue, and we will not tolerate any abusive behaviour by attendees to any other attendees or members of staff.
We reserve the right to remove any persons acting inappropriately from the venue / workshop / masterclass.
Under no circumstances may tickets be sold, re-sold or distributed to the General Public or other attendees without our prior approval.
The maximum number of attendees is 6 attendees for The Wild Oven workshop/masterclass due to Health & Safety regulations of the venue and to follow current COVID-19 Government guidelines.
The Wild Oven Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to provide the menu and/or services contracted for in the event of it being prevented from doing so as a result of fire, storm, breakdown, flood, disturbances, riot, industrial action, Government act, pandemic or any other causes beyond its control. However, in the case of any of the above we will endeavour to fulfil our contractual agreement where possible.
Cancellations received after booking will result in the following charges:
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However this will strictly depend on availability. Booking changes can only be accepted from the lead attendee..
Should you require to cancel tickets, please refer to our terms and conditions:
- Refund 80% (100% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 31 days prior to your event date.
- Refund 55% (75% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 15 days but less than 31 days prior to your event date.
- Refund 30% (50% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 7 days but less than 14 days prior to your event date.
No refund, if cancelled 7 days or less prior to the masterclass/workshop date.
Full payment is required to reinstate cancelled tickets.
COVID-19 Cancellation terms:
During the calendar year of 2020 and 2021, The Wild Oven Ltd. has taken the decision to follow Government guidelines in managing the impact of Covid-19 on the ability of the venue to receive attendees.
Any bookings that fall within any official Government declared lockdown period will be offered an alternative date or the choice of a refund of their balance if paid.
This refund would be less an administration fee % of the booking value. The alternative dates offered will be to the same value as the dates booked. Should Covid restrictions continue into 2022 The Wild Oven Ltd. will continue to apply the policy regarding bookings as was applied in 2020 and 2021.
In the event of a local lockdown, where different households or groups of 6 (or more) are not allowed to converge indoors, also including bad weather conditions, we will postpone the workshop and set an alternative date.
Group of 6 booking
- 14 to 7 days before – reschedule date for group 10% admin fee
- 7 or less days to workshop – Reschedule booking with 20% admin fee
Or cancellation as per the set out Terms & Conditions.
- 14 to 7 days before – 10% admin fee to reschedule booking. The Wild Oven Ltd will attempt to re-sell tickets. If successful, no additional charge. If unsuccessful additional 10% admin fee.
- 7 or less days to workshop – 20% admin fee to reschedule booking

Any change in VAT legislation will be passed on to you, whether the change is an increase or a decrease.
Full payment represents the agreement of the terms and conditions stipulated in this document.
