What We Need

To ensure a smooth and successful event, we require the following:

  • Access: Clear route for Landy with the kitchen (min width 2.2m wide x height 3.1m high)
  • Set-up area: 6m x 6m
  • Water: Drinkable, within 20m (or a bowser/giant bottle does the trick)
  • Power: 13amp socket or 3kVA generator (An extra 5kVA if you’re after that post-feast brew)
  • Prep space: 4.5m x 4.5m with trestle tables, ideally near dining
  • Toilets: A place for the team to wash hands and, well, you know

booking & planning

Here’s a simple breakdown of our booking process

  • Deposit: 50% to secure your date. Invoice based on estimated guests & menu, with tweaks accepted up to four weeks before the event
  • Details: We’ll check in three months and four weeks before for the finer details
  • Balance: Due two weeks before the event, after all tweaks and taste decisions are locked in

Dive into a private 1 ½ hour wood-fired tasting. sample all the flavours and soak it all in

  • Six courses: £300 for a minimum of four guests, +£88.50 for each additional guest (to a max of eight)
  • Eat. Chat. Sip. Smile – your feast is all set to impress
