What can you expect?

Our festival style service is a fun and relaxed way of serving food at your wedding. Guests are able to come up to the converted classic vehicle and eat food cooked in our fires. Depending on what you choose for your menu we can serve between 50-70 guests every 30 minutes with this style.

Evening Wedding Menu Options

Wood Fired Pizza

We hand roll each and every dough ball in our kitchens. After a long and slow prove, we freshly prepare your pizza in front of your guests. Creating up to 150 wood fired pizzas for you and your guests per hour.

Toppings include:

Classic Margherita v (ve)
Black garlic and mushroom ve
Oxfordshire hoisin chicken with spring onion
British chorizo with sweet & spicy peppers
Honey roast British ham with chestnut mushrooms
Provençale olives and sweet & spicy peppers ve
Sweet Piquanté pepper with basil oil ve
Fig, goats cheese and basil v (ve)
Goats cheese, caramelised red onion chutney, and spinach v

Hand-pressed Cotswold beef burgers served in a locally baked brioche bun with English leaves, molten cheese and caramelised relish

Prices are dependent on your preferred serving style, guest number and location.

Festival style wood fired pizza comes in from £15 per guest if we provide sharing style food beforehand, and from £12.50 per guest if we just rock up for festival style service.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for all their hard work making the food at our client’s event such a success. Our client was very pleased with it all, and thank you for stretching to 55 with short notice! I managed to get some of the chicken and salad (both were delicious) followed by a much needed bacon roll at 11pm…..it powered me through to the end of the event! The defender looked great, just what they wanted…so thank you again.
