How do I book?

What's included?

For £89.50 including VAT & Booking Fee:

Starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm the course will include:

+ A glass of fizz on arrival with a meet and greet.

+ Building and management of the wood fired oven

+ Dough ingredient selection: flour types, salt, water and oils

+ Preparing the pizza dough

+ A short break where we will serve wood fired canapés

+ Hand rolled dough ball techniques

+ Make the pizza sauce, toppings selection, preparation and management

+ Dough stretching techniques

+ Time to prepare and make the pizzas

+ Learn how to cook your pizza in the wood fired oven

+ Then it’s time to taste the fruits of your labour! Lunch includes your hand made pizza, salad, drink and toasted marshmallows!

+ Plus, a take home pizza starter kit to make your own at home!

What COVID-19 safety precautions will be in place?

The following safety measures will be adhered to:

+ Maximum of 6 guests
+ Social distancing of 1 metre+
+ Hand washing station
+ Hand sanitiser, disposable gloves to be provided
+ We request attendees arrive wearing their own mask
+ Sanitised and cleaned equipment
+ All food to be served individually rather than shared platter

The attendee must inform The Wild Oven if an attendee tests positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) within the 7 days prior to the event.

As we are a commercial kitchen we follow extremely tight food hygiene and health & safety guidelines and have a 5* hygiene rating.

Is there an age restriction?

Minimum age for participation in masterclasses/workshops is 16 years. We request that we are made aware of any under 18’s attending with your group to comply with our alcohol licensing policy.

Can I add and cancel tickets?

We will do our best to accommodate your request however, this will strictly depend on availability. Booking changes can only be accepted from the lead attendee.

Should you require to cancel tickets, the following  terms and conditions will apply:


  • Refund 80% (100% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 31 days prior to your event date.
  • Refund 55% (75% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 15 days but less than 31 days prior to your event date.
  • Refund 30% (50% less 20% admin fee), if cancelled more than 7 days but less than 14 days prior to your event date.

No refund, if cancelled 7 days or less prior to your event date.

Full payment is required to reinstate cancelled tickets.

COVID-19 Cancellation terms:

During the calendar year of 2020 and 2021, The Wild Oven Ltd. has taken the decision to follow Government guidelines in managing the impact of Covid-19 on the ability of the venue to receive attendees.

 Any bookings that fall within any official Government declared lockdown period will be offered an alternative date or the choice of a refund of their balance if paid.

This refund would be less an administration fee % of the booking value. The alternative dates offered will be to the same value as the dates booked. Should Covid restrictions continue into 2022 The Wild Oven Ltd. will continue to apply the policy regarding bookings as was applied in 2020 and 2021.

In the event of a local lockdown, where different households or groups of 6 (or more) are not allowed to converge indoors, also including bad weather conditions, we will postpone the workshop and set an alternative date. 


Group of 6 booking

  • 14 to 7 days before – reschedule date for group 10% admin fee
  • 7 or less days to workshop – Reschedule booking with 20% admin fee 

Or cancellation as per the set out Terms & Conditions.

Individual booking

  • 14 to 7 days before – 10% admin fee to reschedule booking. The Wild Oven Ltd will attempt to re-sell tickets. If successful, no additional charge. If unsuccessful additional 10% admin fee.
  • 7 or less days to workshop – 20% admin fee to reschedule booking 

Or cancellation as per the set out Terms & Conditions.

How do I pay for my booking?

Our preferred method is through, but if this is not possible an electronic bank transfer.

Will I receive a receipt?

All correspondence is via A VAT invoice will automatically be sent to the email logged on your account once a payment has been made.


Do I have to pay straight away?

When is the balance due?

Payment is due during the booking process. If booking direct, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

What time does the workshop open?

Doors open at 9.45am for welcome drinks, the class will start at 10am.

(This may vary depending on the course, class or workshop).

What is the latest we can arrive?

We recommend that attendees arrive no later than 9.55am

What time is lunch served?

You will be eating lunch around 1.45pm, there will be canapes provided around 11.30am

When does the venue close?

The class will finish at 3pm and the venue will close at 3.15pm

What do I wear?

Workshops can be messy, so nothing too fancy. We will provide aprons, equipment and utensils.

Where do I park my car?

There are car parking spaces available at Billesley Manor Farm. If you wish to leave your car overnight you will need to collect it  by 10am the next day. Farm gates will be locked at 6pm on the day of the masterclass/workshop.


Is there a minimum booking requirement?

No, you can book individually or for up to 6 attendees

How will I be seated?

The dining room will be laid out to comply with Government social distancing guidelines

What if I have an allergy?

We hold full allergen information in The Wild Oven office which can be sent to you upon request and our menu can be adapted accordingly. 

Please let us know dietary requirements 7 days in advance.

What if I don't like the menu?

As it is a set menu we regret that we are unable to prepare alternative dishes.
